A Harare woman is at the center of a growing legal controversy amid allegations that she went to extraordinary lengths to alienate a father from his daughter during a protracted custody dispute.

According to close sources Kernisha Sheila Hunzwi allegedly sought to strengthen her position in a High Court case by procuring “expert evidence” from medical practitioners, despite questions surrounding the legitimacy of such reports. It is claimed that some of these documents were obtained in exchange for payment, raising concerns about professional misconduct and the integrity of evidence presented before the court.

In a further twist, Hunzwi is also accused of attempting to coerce multiple men into believing they could be the biological father of the child. These actions, if proven, suggest a deliberate effort to create uncertainty around paternity as part of a broader strategy to undermine the child’s relationship with her known father.

The allegations extend to claims of violence and coercion against her former partner. However, sources indicate that these accusations were made without supporting evidence and may have been intended to damage his reputation and influence custody proceedings. Observers say such claims, if unfounded, could amount to defamation and a calculated attempt to sway legal outcomes.

The case, which has drawn increasing attention, raises serious questions about the misuse of legal processes, the role of expert testimony, and the emotional toll of custody battles on all parties involved—particularly the child at the center of the dispute.

Legal proceedings are ongoing, and the allegations remain subject to determination by the courts.
