A property owned by controversial self styled cleric of Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries, Walter Magaya, is set to be sold following a High Court writ of execution.

Court records for Case Number SH3294/25 show that Chinese national Li Xiu Yun successfully sought the sale in execution of the ministry’s rights and title to Stand 168 of Prospect, a 3.84-hectare property located at 168 Smuts Road, Prospect, Waterfalls, Harare.

The property includes a hotel facility estimated to be of four-star standard, several cluster houses or lodges, a stadium, and other ancillary facilities, making it a prominent development in the area.

The upcoming sale represents a major legal and financial setback for PHD Ministries, which has expanded over the years through various property and business ventures under Magaya.
